the best way to remember what you read

Since I read a lot of non-fiction books, which tend to be information-heavy, I like writing notes for each book that I read

The main reason for doing this is so I can clearly see and understand the key ideas of each book and accurately reflect on those ideas

If you struggle with remembering and comprehending what you read, I highly recommend writing notes!
