To maximize results and get key nutrients in, I like to always end my workout with a meal/high cal snack. Protein timing is essential to growth and I will be making a post about it later. One of the components of protein timing is having protein after a workout, which will help maximize results. Usually I will have a protein shake, some other form of protein, then eat something nutritious to pair with my protein. Here are two examples.
