We literally gasped when we tried this Whipped Coffee Caramel for the first time! 🤯

Made with coffee bean-infused heavy cream, it's mixed into a buttery caramel base for a sauce that melts in your mouth.

The slight bitterness from the coffee balances the sweet caramel perfectly!

🌟 Ingredients 🌟

1 cup sugar

1/4 cup water

6 tbsp unsalted butter (softened & cubed)

1/2 cup heavy cream (room temp)

1/4 cup coffee beans (roughly crushed)

1 tsp vanilla bean paste

1/2 tsp salt

🥄 Method 🥄

1️⃣ In a small saucepan, bring the heavy cream and crushed coffee beans to a simmer. Turn off the heat, cover, and let steep for at least 30 minutes. Strain and set aside to cool.

2️⃣ In a pot over medium-low heat, add the sugar and water. Let the mixture boil without stirring until it turns a deep golden brown.

3️⃣ Stir in the cubed butter—it will bubble rapidly, so keep stirring until fully melted.

4️⃣ Gradually stir in the infused heavy cream, vanilla, and salt. Turn off the heat and let the caramel cool for 5-10 minutes.

5️⃣ Transfer to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for 4-5 hours.

6️⃣ Whip the caramel with an electric mixer for 3-4 minutes until it thickens and lightens in color. Enjoy this luscious caramel on just about anything! 😋
