Delicious recipe for Cinnamon Bun Cheesecake:

Ingredients:

- 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs

- 1/4 cup Sugar

- 1/2 cup Butter, melted

- 3 packages Cream cheese, softened

- 1 cup Sugar

- 3 Eggs

- 1/4 cup Sour cream

- 1/4 cup Heavy cream

- 1 tsp Vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup Brown sugar

- 2 tsp Cinnamon

- 1/4 cup Butter, melted

- Cream cheese frosting for topping

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).

2. In a bowl, mix the Graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased springform pan to create the crust.

3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

4. Stir in the sour cream, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until well combined. Pour the mixture over the crust.

5. In a separate bowl, mix the brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Drizzle this cinnamon mixture over the cheesecake batter and swirl with a knife for a marbled effect.

6. Bake the cheesecake in the preheated oven for about 55-60 minutes, or until the center is almost set.

7. Allow the cheesecake to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

8. Drizzle with cream cheese frosting before serving.
