Have you ever in a rush for breakfast but no time for healthy and delicious breakfast for you to start your day ? Today i’m gonna show you guys my fav healthy, easy and delicious breakfast , Overnight oats. This no-cook breakfast recipe will makes you feel healthy and enjoy throughout the day.

Prep time : 5 minutes

Chill time : overnight (8 hours)

Total time : 8 hours 5 mins

Serving : 1 serving

RECIPE : BOWL A

1. Rolled oats - 1/2 cup

2. Almond milk (you can also go for oat/ full cream milk) - 1/2 cup

3. Greek yogurt - 1/2 cup

4. Chia seed - 1 tbsp

5. Fruits of your choice

STEPS:

1. In a large mixing bowl/ any large bowl mix together the rolled oats, milk, yogurt and chia seed.

2. Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap / keep in an airtight container and let it soak overnight in

the fridge. You can also eat it an hour after refrigerate.

3. Scoop out about 1 cup from the bowl into a glass or bowl. If you already keep in a container you

can straight away serve for breakfast/ dinner.

4. Topped the oats with favourite fresh/dried fruits of your choice and drip some maple syrup / honey

for some sweet texture.

5. Enjoy !

NOTES :

Overnight oats can stay up to 4 days in the fridge (with fruits topping 3 days max as the fruits are easily to get bad)

Overnight oats can stay for several months if you freeze them.

If you’d like to keep them in the container make sure you fill in max 1/2 of the container/jar as they’ll expand a little (about 10-15%).
