🛠️ Why our chosen tiles are perfect 😍💯

As I have shared in a previous post, picking tiles without an ID’s guidance and direction has got to be the toughest decision we have made till date. 😵‍💫

Mr and I made countless trips to all the different tile shops, collected so many samples. Up until the last trip, I was still very clueless as to what I wanted. 😳

However, by a miracle, I had a burst of inspiration and ideas on that final trip, and our progress went from 0% to 100% in an instant. 🤯

We think these tiles are perfect because:

𝟏. 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐘 𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐋𝐀𝐑𝐆𝐄-𝐈𝐒𝐇 𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐌𝐀𝐓

Large tiles = less grout lines = easier maintenance! 🧽

𝟐. 𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐆𝐈𝐕𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐂𝐎𝐋𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐓𝐄𝐗𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄

The pattern of our chosen tiles are a godsend when it comes to hiding grime, soap scum and limescale in the bathroom.

The smooth and matte texture of our living room tiles proves resistant to footprints and water stains, a blessing for any homeowner, especially those with furry friends with wet noses. 🐶

𝟑. 𝐌𝐀𝐓𝐂𝐇 𝐄𝐗𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐅𝐈𝐗𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐒

We had to consider our yard window which has to adhere to the estate’s theme, so it will be black. Since our home has a pretty neutral palette, we picked black yard tiles to ensure cohesion and continuity. 🤝🏻

We are lucky and ever so grateful for our kind sales assistants who gave us a very generous discount on these tiles.

While we can’t offer a guaranteed method to obtain a discount on your tiles, asking a friend to refer their SA and cultivating a good relationship with them definitely helps.

In hindsight, the journey to finding the perfect tiles was arduous, to say the least. But in the end, our persistence paid off. We've not only found tiles that complement our aesthetic vision but also enhance the functionality of our living spaces.
