I recently had a hair makeover at @JB REDS (KSL), and I’m absolutely in love with it! They’ve just opened a new outlet at KSL, which has a 5.0-star rating on Google, while their main branch at City Square has a 4.9-star rating. With such high ratings, are they trustworthy?

My appointment was at 2 PM, and as soon as I arrived, they immediately seated me, offering tea and snacks, which was such a nice touch. The staff even asked if I needed WiFi, showing their thoughtful nature.

My hair was quite a mess—long and damaged from a DIY dye job I did over a year ago 💀. I wanted to return to a dark red without bleaching. To my surprise, they said it was possible. Although my hair had uneven tones due to previous dyeing, the stylist informed me about it, and I was fine with that.

During the dyeing process, the service was excellent. Josh, who worked on my hair, was meticulous with the application and handling. The staff also frequently checked if I wanted a refill on my tea.

The space was clean, comfortable, and had a welcoming ambiance, especially for a new salon at KSL. The whole process took about three hours, and I was thrilled with the final result. A trim on my fringe completely transformed my look.

If you’re looking for a reliable salon, I definitely recommend Reds Hairdressing. My experience was fantastic, and I’ll definitely return to try out their other services and touch up my hair as needed.
