Lemang PaperCup anyone???

Yes, I made lemang using a paper cup! So easy, so fast (15 mins only) and so sedap because I'm using Pulut Lemak Mix by @waysauce

My lemang is so soft, so tasty, and very 'lemak', because of the mixture of Pulut Lemak Mix!

Also, I used technic kukus rather than the traditional way to make lemang so the texture will be softer.

But if you prefer harder lemang, after kukus, you can put the lemang inside the oven/ air fryer, and bake it for a while :)

The ingredients:

• Beras pulut ( soak overnight )

• Pulut Lemak Mix

• Water

• Paper cup

• Daun pisang

The methods:

• Put the daun pisang around the paper cup

• Spoonfull the beras pulut about 3/4cup

• Mix the pulut lemak mix with water

• Add on the mixture into the beras pulut ( put over the beras pulut line )

• Kukus until cook

• Put about 5-10min inside the oven or air fryer

• Ready to serve with rendang
