Tokyo Buys: Get Hermes Oran Sandals for Less!

Have you always dreamed of owning a pair of Hermes Oran sandals? During our trip to Tokyo for the Golden Week holidays, we decided to hunt them down.

After a morning day tour, we returned to Ginza around 6pm and headed straight to the Hermes flagship store: Hermès Ginza

The Ginza flagship store is a 13 stories building with friendly and attentive staff. Despite its low Google reviews, our experience was top-notch.

Upon arrival, a staff member greeted us at the lift and directed us to the appropriate floor. In the shoe section, another staff member assisted us in finding the desired size and color. The Sales Associate promptly brought out the sandals, and we were done in 30 minutes.

In Singapore: S$1,100

In Japan: ¥108,000 without tax (S$939)

Exchange Rate: S$1 = ¥115

Cost Saving: S$161 (14.6% cheaper)
