Flip through one of my writing journals with me :)

I absolutely love love love being able to get all my thoughts out and down on the paper it truly makes it so much easier with my anxiety and just being able to breathe some days. Plus I love looking back and seeing all the memories and fun things I have done. Plus one day my son will have theses to clean out of my house when I eventually pass on from this life time and he will be able to share them with his children and so forth. It’s like creating a story of your life, and sharing it with the world :) I love it
