Actually i takda lamb so i tukar ke beef, tapi serious sedap Karahi Curry ni 🤤 korang patut cuba dan recipe ni sebab senang jer ~ 1 pot for 1 family

Ingredient 💗

Beef or Lamb ( cut small )

Bawang hollang 2 biji ( sautee until brown then blend with yogurt + spices )

Minyak

Tomato pure 1 tin

Yogurt 1 kotak kecik

Spices ( blend )

Serbuk coriander

Ginger (blend)

Chili flakes untuk kepedasan

Serbuk kunyit

Black pepper 👍

Garam secukup rasa

Fresh coriander ( chopped )

Masak sampai daging lembut , frinkle fresh coriander and ready to serve 🥰 bole makan dengan roti or nasi
