Air fryer cottage cheese caprese toast

INGREDIENTS

2 slices tomato

½-1 tablespoon chopped basil

1 teaspoon olive oil

1 teaspoon balsamic

pinch flakysalt

pinch black pepper

~2-3 tablespoons cottage cheese

1 slice sourdough or thick hearty bread of choice

INSTRUCTIONS

Spread cottage cheese on bread. Top with tomato, balsamic, olive oil, salt, pepper and basil. Air fry for 6-7 minutes until toast is crisp.

If you don't have an air fryer you can make this in the oven by baking at 425 degrees for 8-12 minutes.
