INGREDIENTS
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
¼ cup tahini
¼ cup melted coconut oil
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cup cacao
pinch salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Add all ingredients to a large bowl. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
Add granola to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 18-20 minutes, until cooked through.
Let granola cool and set for at least 30 minutes. Store extra granola in the fridge in a sealed container for up to 2 weeks.
