Goat cheese caprese toast

INGREDIENTS

1-2 tomatoes - thinly sliced I used two medium sized sun gold tomatoes

1 piece sourdough or bread of choice

2-3 tablespoons soft goat cheese

1-2 teaspoons olive oil

pinch salt

1-2 teaspoons finely chopped basil

pinch red pepper flakes

INSTRUCTIONS

Spread goat cheese on bread. Top bread with tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle over salt.

Air fry toast for 6-7 minutes or bake at 400 degrees on a lined sheet pan for 8-10 minutes.

Top cooked toast with basil and dig in.
