PUMPING MOM HACKS

My top two hacks for pumping moms! Coming from a NICU mama who pumped constantly and brought my milk to the hospital 🙃

1) I used to absolutely hateee cleaning pump parts over and over and over again. There are so many little pieces it drove me nuts especially because I pumped so often! So, my mother in law who is a NICU nurse suggested that I put my pumps in the fridge between pumps and I would usually do this for one pump and then clean it next time, which cut my cleaning in half! I do wish I knew this one earlier!

2) Dapple Baby Breast Pump Wipes! After a couple weeks of getting up in the middle of the night to clean my pump parts after pumping and having to go all over the place to find a sink when I wasn’t at home, I thought surely someone made something where I don’t have to be at a sink to clean these parts. Thankfully I was right, and boy am I glad I was! these saved my life (and still do). For all the C-Section mommas this could be great for not having to get out of bed or get someone to help you if you can’t get up by yourself yet!
