🦷when eating out, placing your aligners in a napkin and accidentally throwing it away! To avoid this always carry your storage case.

🦷Not brushing your teeth after eating. This traps food on the teeth and causes staining and more dental issues. To avoid this always brush your teeth after eating and before inserting your trays.

🦷Cleaning trays in hot water or using toothpaste.

Toothpaste can be abrasive and is not recommended for this. You can use soap and water or cleaning tablets. Also cleaning trays in hot water can warp the trays causing them to not fit correctly.
