🤍 My Story: I’ve been diagnosed with anxiety and depression since the age of 11. I have also been taking sertraline and am currently maxed out on the dosage. My depression symptoms have greatly improved but the other things I experience make me think that it may not just be anxiety and depression.

I have read up on ADHD, POTS, and further into anxiety disorders and am just lost. I continue to struggle and am not sure what to do.

Anyone have any tips, ideas, or experienced anything similar?
