How to DOMINATE your body dysmorphia

As a Christian woman, I overcome body dysmorphia by focusing on who God says I am, not what I see in the mirror. I remind myself that I’m beautifully made in His image, finding strength in prayer and scripture. Instead of chasing perfection, I embrace God’s love, which sees me as perfectly enough!!
