i have been making my proats this way for four years now (as i see 4:44 omg anyway) and it cannot be beatttt

personally i use beam vegan protein - i love the blueb muffin flavor and the cinnamon cereal flavor! i used to work with them and no longer due for some personal reasons but i do still looove their vegan protein and i'll never not be honest with you guys 😇

oats are also a good way to sneak in some extra fiber (i strive for at least 25-30g a day) 🌻
