It can be so hard to stay motivated – especially in the winter. Here are my personal top four favorite tips for avoiding burnout:

-Get up early. Getting up early can be soo hard, but if you use the five second rule you’ll find that it becomes a lot easier. The five second rule works by counting down from five in your head and then as soon as you hit one, GET UP! This tip is scientifically proven and I personally use it every single day to avoid hitting snooze.

-Instead of scrolling on social media, try getting into a new hobby. Painting, doing air-dry clay crafts, and scrapbooking are great ideas to help uplift your mood.

-Take little breaks throughout the day to do things that you enjoy doing.

-Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Goal setting is fun to do and it will keep you motivated.
