Mornings can be so busy and stressful. Here are four easy tips that can make you actually LOVE your mornings.

Tip One: Pick out your outfit the night before. This will save you so much time in the morning, it will also allow you to pick out a nice outfit that you can look forward to wearing.

Tip Two: Use the five second rule to help you get out of bed. Instead of hitting the snooze button on repeat use the scientifically proven, five second rule. This rule works but counting down from five in your head as soon as you hear the alarm go off, once you get to one you have to get out of bed – no excuses.

Tip Three: Meal prep a healthy breakfast the night before. This will give you something to look forward to in the morning and it will also ensure that you eat a proper and nutritious breakfast.

Tip Four: Make your bed as soon as you get up. When you make your bed as soon as you get up you will be less likely to go back to bed. Also, by making your bed you will get an instant sense of achievement for doing something productive.
