Having a good day starts with having a good and well-structured morning routine. Here are my top 4 favorite ways to start the day, aka my morning dopamine menu.

-If you’re an anxious person (like me) try having a matcha in the morning instead of coffee. Match creates a calm alertness rather than having a short surge of energy.

-Put on your favorite workout set, go for a walk, and listen to your favorite podcast.

-Journal for at least 15 min and then plan out your day, make sure to outline your top three goals of the day!

-Make sure that you take at least 10 min for self care. In the mornings I like to practice self care by doing a quick skincare or hair care routine.
