How to make delicious spinach

Ingredients:

16 oz baby spinach🥬 (You can be flexible for this. Just keep in mind once you cook it will deflate a lot.)

1/2 white onion🧅 (I like a lot of onion but you can also change the amount as much as you like)

Salt and Pepper🧂

A splash of water💧

Add spinach and onion to a medium pot at high temperature. Add a bit of water so the leaves won’t burn. Wait until the spinach deflates and drain the remaining liquid. Season with salt and pepper and you are ready to eat it like that or use it in other dishes.
