This may be the most important book I’ve ever read

Braiding Sweetgrass may very well be the most important book I’ve ever read. Yes, it is a non-fiction book about conservation, but it reads as pure poetry. Robin Wall Kimmerer put her heart and soul into this novel. She uses her botany background and indigenous wisdom as a catalyst to make conservation entertaining and accesible to all. It is both a lament and a love letter to nature, and it has ignited an even bigger fire in me to not only protect our planet from further damage, but to HEAL it and make it whole. Highly recommend!
