1. I did pregnancy specific stretches everyday started at 5 weeks when I first found out!
2. I worked out my entire pregnancy and walked at least 30 minutes a day every day.
3. I drank water and stayed hydrated!
4. I ate healthy foods all throughout my pregnancy and didn’t indulge in the junk food, this also helped with my post pregnancy body!
5. I went to the chiropractor once a week to make sure that my pelvis was staying aligned!!
All of these factors I give credit to for my safe, fast, delivery. I didn’t need any stitches afterwards either! Remember, everybody’s body is different and it might be easier on some and harder on the others, but I did try to help myself as much as I could throughout pregnancy and these are the things I did.
