✨ my first gluten free sourdough bread ✨

Making gluten free sourdough bread is not an easy task. It requires time, patience, money, and determination. It may have taken 3 days to make but it was so worth it in the end.

I had my sourdough starter for over a month and it ended up growing mold… I was able to take my discard jar and turn it into a starter! That “starter” was used in this loaf of bread.

I am so happy it turned out so well on the first try! It tastes AMAZING!! It is a little gummy and the bottom is brick hard… but I probably put it too close to the bottom of the oven.

Here’s to many more gluten free sourdough loaves. 😍
