I got my Indian wear from a store called Sai Bridal in New York, they have 3 locations.

Prep for the shopping experience:
-know how much you would like to spend
-how much you are willing to spend
-don’t be scared to ask about a sale section
-hold your ground because the salesperson in these stores can be very pushy for you to spend more.
-don’t be scared to browse multiple stores before making a purchase.
-get all accessories either online or at a cheaper store don’t spend $50+ on Bangles.
-Check out Amazon for beautiful Indian accessories.
I came into the store knowing how much I was willing to spend.
I want to spend about $150-200 on Indian wear. I wasn’t sure if I wanted a Saree, Langa or Kurta. But I ended up falling in love with this dark green, pink & gold Langa. I ended up spending only $250 plus alterations. Which I wasn’t a fan of the long sleeves and I had them changed into short sleeves for me. I wasn’t upset at the price because I know something like this would go for over $300 -$400.
I got my Indian accessories from Amazon:
-Earrings
-Clip on Bindi
- I used bangles I had
