I hope you guys are having an amazing day!!

My whole life I struggled with my weight. It was a big insecurity of mine. I was stuck in this weird area of where I was thin but I wasn’t skinny. I had a belly and all I can think about was how lazy I look.

In 2022 I decided to change how I looked. I was tired of feeling the way I felt. For a good 3 months I went from running 1 mile a day to 3 miles a day. Which help me lose the weight but I still wasn’t satisfied with my body.

These are some tips I learned to lose weight and tone my body. I am not a trainer, nor do I know how the body works. I just want to tell you guys how I did it.

•Keep a workout routine

Something I learned was to separate my workout in pieces. One day work out arms, next day legs, then cardio. It will give your muscles a break when working out another part of your body.

• 12-3-30

Everyday after every workout, I set time aside to go on the treadmill and walk. Set it to a incline of 12, speed of 3 and walk for 30 mins. The trick is to not hold on, it’s incredibly difficult (at least for me) to not hold on. This takes time so take it easy on yourself.

•Chole Ting

Damn, this woman can make you sweat. Chloe Ting has many YouTube videos on workouts to help you lose weight. She even have workout programs that push you daily. Not to mention she has meals on her website as well.

• Pre workout!!

I know some people don’t like the feeling of pre workout. And I personally don’t like the tingling feeling it gave me. The best pre workout that worked for me was Xeela. It didn’t give me a that feeling what’s so ever. And I would sweat like crazy!!! Celsius also works but I try not to drink it often unless necessary.

• Sweet Sweat Band!!!

I absolutely LOVE this waist band!!! I sweat like crazy!! I highly recommended this!!!
