Shopee Seller from Hell

I feel so wronged.

Refer to the timestamps of my messages and the chat w the seller as u read thru this.

I just got into playing cards cuz of my cousin and wanted to get a binder for my collection. My cousin found this shopee seller and recommended it to me as they had everything i needed to support my collection. I bought the binder that he recommended me but after buying it, i realised that they sold card sleeves and top loaders too so i cancelled my order almost immediately w the reason being that I wanted to modify my existing order. Since i only have a small collection and my cousin is an avid collector, i turned to him to consult which sleeves and top loader he’d recommend, and also if he wanted to place an order together since i wont have enough cards to use all the sleeves and toploaders.

A few minutes later, the seller contacted me thru the shopee chat w a message i didnt rly understand hence my “?”. After they sent the following messages, they then proceeded to blacklist my chat before hearing me out.

Maybe the seller had a bad day or sth and assumed that i was one of those buyers they described me to be. idk, j giving them the benefit of doubt. this is the first time sth like this has happened to me and im honestly j shocked by their response. I’m also not sure what cancelling my order would do to their business since im not a seller myself.

Cuz of this interaction, I’m not sure if i still want to buy stuff from them, i just feel very wronged in this situation as the seller didnt even hear my explanation. if i did cancel and didnt order after a few days or sth, ya sure block me, but it was a few minutes… give chance can, my cousin sleeping i think…
