you NEED to visit this restaurant!!!!

everyone has a dish that they wish they could try for the first time again and this whole meal at Caffe Fernet was THAT dish for me.

as a past avid pasta lover, it has been a long while since i’ve been mind blowing good pasta. it was understandable that their Rigatoni Spicy Vodka ($32) would be a crowds favourite. packed with so many complementing flavors; the pork sausage sugo with their tomato sauce and the many different types of cheese, all it took was one bite of this dish to make me absolutely fall in love with pasta again.

i bet you must’ve had a thought before- how good can potatoes really be? well, Caffe Fernet is here to prove you wrong again with their Crispy Smashed Potatoes ($18). i know i must sound insane raving over mere potatoes but trust me on this one when i say this is possibly the best version of potatoes i’ve ever had. there are so many things mixed with truffle and parmesan but there’s just something about these potatoes that leaves you wanting more.

i’m not done; the cocktails were so tasty as well. with their wide selection of cocktails, we set eyes on their Aperol Spritz ($20) and Mirko’s Negroni ($21). these concoctions exploded with different flavours of lemon, soda and even prosecco with a tinge of alcohol dancing on your tongue.

the service staff were 10/10 and gave us free shots (cant remember what exactly) but my biggest regret coming to Caffe Fernet was not coming on an empty stomach. my bf and i were so full from our late lunch that we only had space for one main, one side and drinks… it was such a shame but i will definitely be back. this is the perfect restaurant for a nice dinner out on your next date or with your gals. thank you Caffe Fernet for making my weekend!🫶🫶
