I love this app to see all the real girls that are struggling to lose weight and I don’t feel alone. I absolutely love seeing the girls sharing their before and after pictures—those give me the best motivation.

I want to show you out there that you are not alone in losing weight, it is better for you in the long run! Keep your head up! I enjoy doing small lifting and walking on the treadmill. You don’t have to go all out when just starting out.

The first thing you need to do is to love yourself now and you having a want to be the change. That’s when it becomes easier.
