Veggie Galaxy in Boston goes UNREASONABLY hard. It’s vegetarian/vegan and I’m neither of those things but I still LOVE it.

First of all, the boozy fraps (and refular fraps)??? They bring those to you in huge shake glasses and then they GIVE YOU the rest of the blender cup which has another WHOLE ENTIRE glass’ worth of frozen yumminess.

Second of all, order the poutine. I didn’t have a good pic of it but ORDER THE POUTINE. Also the fried pickles. They ALSO have Mac & cheese bites which I didn’t order this time (but they are SO delicious).

I ordered the Mac & Stack, which is a fricking mac & cheese waffle sandwich with vegetarian chicken and burger patties and their version of mac sauce. It was insane and yummy.

My partner ordered the Chickpea “Tuna” Melt and that was so fantastic.

Plus, the interior is themed like a retro space diner. SO CUTE.
