My morning routine always starts with a nice refreshing glass of lemon water!

Drinking lemon water before anything in the morning increases my energy and mood without fail each morning! Here are a few easy tricks to help you stay consistent:

•Pre-make your lemon water the night before so it’s ready to go in the morning

•Prep a whole jug of lemon water to last you the week so your set to go every morning

•TrueLemon packets which are straight crystallized lemon that come in a packet, makes it so much easier if you can’t or struggle to get to the store to purchase lemons. I get mine on Amazon and it is definitely a game changer! It helps keep me on track with no excuses to get my daily dose of lemon water in!
