My daily Skin Prep for Running 🏃🏻‍♀️🧖🏻‍♀️💅🏻

Depending on which time of the day i run, i basically wash 🧼 my face with some water or my cleanser (only twice a day with this) and I proceed with some moisturiser (so important!) .

Last but not least, i prep my skin with generous amount of SPF 🧴.
