Exercising is my Therapy 💕

Often times life can be so overwhelming for me ! I’m a full time business owner, mom , full time Army girl lol , and a home owner . I am blessed beyond measures , and I cannot thank God enough for the doors he’s opened . The gym is where I feel so close to God . I can cry , laugh , praise , and sometimes all the above and not be judged by the world !

Ladies it is so important to have a special place where you can feel God . Whether it’s the gym like me , or maybe even alone time in your car , it is needed !

I hope this reaches the person who’s feeling over stimulated , and tired ! Hold on and know that God is in full control , and I pray that brings you peace
