DUIT KENA TELAN DEKAT ZUS !! 😭😭

Today, I'll be sharing my unfortunate experience with the ZUS app recently.

I usually order ZUS through third-party apps like ShopeeFood. However, on that day, I decided to order through the ZUS app since it is a lot easier to browse through the menu.

Tried two times order through this app, and I DEFINITELY WILL NEVER TRY TO ORDER IT AGAIN! 😭😭

First, I am not sure if it's only in my area, but it seems that it is difficult to get the rider as compared to order via Shopee.

They automatically cancelled the order if they couldn't find the rider at that moment. Of course, they refunded it straight away, but the refunded money goes to ZUS wallet in which it made me so disappointed. I could buy different things with that money, since it is a lot for me.

Try to contact their customer service if it is possible to withdraw the money to my account back. Their customer service is very helpful in the process , however, it took 14 days of working hours excluding weekend.

😭😭 there goes my money for two weeks 🥲 would not be recommended to order delivery through ZUS app.
