Should I Go Into HR? 🤔

Since college I had my mind set on being in HR. I am pretty much open to all aspects of HR.

Right now, I am a career coach. I like the impact I’m making but I don’t love that it’s heavy case management.

I’ve been looking into roles like HR Partner (Amazon), and HRIS roles.

Does anyone have any experience in those roles or HR in general that can give like pros and cons to their job?
