Blueberry Grilled Cheese

Indulge in this indulgent blueberry grilled cheese sandwich, where the tangy sweetness of blueberry jam meets the creamy richness of brie cheese.

Ingredients:

Blueberry Jam

Brie Cheese

Sourdough Bread

Butter

Instructions:

Spread a generous layer of blueberry jam on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.

Top the jam with slices of brie cheese.

Place the other slice of bread, jam side down, to form a sandwich.

Butter the outer sides of the sandwich.

Heat a pan over medium-low heat.

Add the sandwich to the pan and cook until the bread is golden brown and crispy.

Flip the sandwich and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
