Let’s get deep 🌊

This is something I’m super excited to share with you! As I am starting this new journey as a health and wellness coach, I have learned so many new great ways on how to connect with others on a deeper level and understand what it is that is most meaningful to them in their lives. Instead of asking the normal questions of “what do you do for work?”, I have other examples for you to get to know this person.

I also find that it isn’t always easy and comfortable for some people to answer these questions because they may not even know themselves, or it may take them a few minutes to think of a response. I definitely recommend reading the room. In other words, get a feel for the person on their comfortability of what they want to share with you before diving deeper. Start off with some easy-going questions and build some sort of rapport with them and then expand more on who they are!
