I’m starting this post in hopes of gaining the motivation to wake up at 5 a.m. for at least two to three days out of the week to get in a morning workout. I’ve been successful a couple of times this month, so I know I can definitely do it. I am also determined to do so because it was a habit of mine a few years back.
5:15 a.m. - Wake up
5:25 a.m. - Get the gym fit on
5:30 a.m. - Pre-workout dry scoop/vitamins
5:45 a.m. - Begin warm-up stretches
6:00 a.m. - Lift!
7:00 a.m. - Feed the dog
7:10 a.m. - Shower
7:30 a.m. - Get dressed
7:35 a.m. - Pack food
7:45 a.m. - Take the dog out
7:50 a.m. - Head to work!
9:00 a.m.- Arrive at my destination
I will usually have a protein shake during my ride to work or a small breakfast meal once I arrive!
