It’s a Summer Saturday ☀️

Ya’ll the ☀️ here in SoCal has been doing it’s thing! With the sun rising earlier, comes hotter temperatures sooner in the day, and Kane is not a fan of the heat! So here is my current Saturday morning routine:

7:30 a.m. - Wake up to the lovely bird chirping sounds from my alarm clock⏰

7:45 a.m. - Complete my skin care ritual/ brush my teeth and get dressed🧖🏻‍♀️

7:55 a.m. - Drink my greens🥦

8:00 a.m. - Take Kane on his favorite walk🦮

9:20 a.m. - Head to the gym and begin my stretches🏋🏻‍♀️

11:15 a.m. - Cook breakfast and feast🥓

Having this morning routine on my Saturday keeps me in check! Working Monday-Friday I don’t always feel like working out before the my shift begins, nor am I able to take Kane for a walk. So having this routine on Saturday mornings for me is precious. Also, I’m a huge breakfast girlie, so being able to have more time to cook a full hardy meal is so rewarding especially after an awesome gym sesh!
