This is without a doubt my biggest trick for picky eaters! Add sprinkles. Yes, it’s that simple. It works almost every time. I add it to so many different things and it always gets my kids excited and more open minded. I’ll also ask them if they want to add them on themselves and that helps too!

I found this brand that is dye-free on Amazon! That’s also something that’s important to me if I’m using it in their food 🫶🏼 I use it in any kinds of muffins or bars, yogurt, I’ve even sprinkled it on toast and cooked it in bread 😝 yes I was that desperate. Have you tried this??
