what’s in my hospital bag as a scrunchy mom

This is my third baby and I’m all about being practical and minimal. I’m also not someone whose priorities lie with the newest gadgets and aesthetic pajama sets. My priorities are healing and nourishing my body and successfully breastfeeding. These are most of my essentials I’m packing, aside from the obvious toiletries and things you need!

Things I’m NOT packing:

My own towels, burp cloths, baby clothes, pump, pretty much anything that’s going to take me extra work or extra laundry when I get back home is a no from me. The real thing is, you could show up to the hospital with practically nothing and still be perfectly fine! Don’t feel like you need every little thing that every influencer shares. Keep it simple! 🤍
