Valentine’s Day toddler activities

Valentine’s Day is one of my favorite holidays and it’s so fun to center activities around! We are starting now and focusing our homeschool and activities around it. These are activities I’ve been doing with my 2.5 year old!

The bracelets are a super easy fine motor activity, it takes quite a bit of coordination for them to string them on there!

I took a cup of water and half a cup of baking soda and froze it in some heart molds overnight and let my boys have at them with white vinegar and this kept them busy for so long!

Then we used some conversation hearts to practice color sorting and stacked them as well — more fine motor.

I made his name in hearts in white crayon for him to find with watercolor paint. I love using his name to learn some of his letters and get familiar with them since he will need to know how to spell his name and it’s something good for kids to have in their back pocket from a young age.

Honestly love this age so much and seeing how he puts stuff together and explores. So many lightbulbs 🥰
