In my “How I cleared up my skin” post a while ago, I mentioned how dairy was one of the major culprits for really giving my skin hell (Go check out that post to see the damage 🥲☹️). Well that’s how I started on this oat milk journey that has really transformed my skin and 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗮𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗰𝗻𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗺𝗲 - 𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗧𝗥𝗬 𝗰𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼 𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘆 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Okay but moving on from the tragic moments that got me started on this oat milk white gal phase 👀 I’ve gone through many CARTONS of oat milk and here are the 4 brands that I’ve tried for at least a month each - for a fair review 👌

🥛𝗡𝗼𝗼𝗠𝗼𝗼 𝗢𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝘆𝗹𝗸 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮 𝗕𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱 ($5.95 Lazada)

- More Chalky taste

- Less creamy

- Thinner

- Oat taste not as strong

- Not as accessible (e.g. not in NTUC all)

🥛 𝗢𝗮𝘁𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮 𝗕𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱 ($5.40 NTUC)

- Thicker than most

- Creamy, milky

- Strong oat taste

- Great with coffee

- Hella cute packaging

🥛 𝗨𝗙𝗖 𝗩𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘁 𝗢𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗸 ($4.95 NTUC)

- Most affordable

- Similar consistency as Oatly (More on the watery side)

- Slighter sweeter than others

- Strong oat taste

🥛 𝗢𝗮𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗸 ($6.85 NTUC)

- Most expensive

- More of a watery kind of consistency (thinner, not as creamy)

- Strong oat taste

- A little sweet like UFC but not as sweet

- Cute packging too yes

*Their barista blend maybe creamier but I didn’t try that :”)
