{CBD} Hidden Michelin Ramen | Enishi

RAMEN FANS LISTEN UP. SOLID recommendation from my friend - best ramen I've ever had - quiet and tucked away - amazing amazing food and service. I want to go back already hahaha 😮‍💨🤤

Enishi is found near Tanjong Pagar MRT (Probably a 2 min walk or so) tucked away at the corner you'll probably never find it unless someone bring you there or you somehow (unlikely) walk past it. But thats g8 too because we don't want too long queues ya 🫠

But ya this ramen shop - looks super simple and probably really easily overlooked. But guess what fam - they've ramen that's internationally recognised with a Michelin Bib Gourmand 🫡🫢

and THEY DID NOT DISPPOINT. Once we got to our seats - we were served pipping hot dashi ramen. I opted for their Dashi ramen with added chilli oil. My bowl included 2 smoked duck slices, one hella thicc charred pork slice and a perfect ajitsuke tamogo 🤤🤤 The noodles weren't your normal skinny rounded noodles but fatter and flat. They were perfectly al-dente and the pork melted in my mouth 😭❤️

Def would bring my parents here one day and my bf who loves Japanese food and love that it so conveniently in town 👌🏻👌🏻

Until I go to Japan this is defo one of the best places of Ramen in Singapore 🥢
