UPCYCLING FASHION!!

This was so fun to make!!! I had some Jean shorts that were too big for me so I decided to turn them into something new. I chopped the shorts into a mini skirt and added a ruffle around the edge! Using the excess fabric from the shorts I cut out stars and sewed them to a tube top!

I love how it turned out!! Very y2k!
