I was scrolling TikTok the other day when this fitness trainer (i can’t remember her name or handle!!) said,

“you cannot starve and over exercise a german shepard to look like a chihuahua”.

She goes on to say that if you did, the german shepard would look malnourished and sick. Work with your body and it’ll do what you’re trying to accomplish!! ✨
