HOMEMADE DAIRY FREE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

If you’re anything like me, you crave something “else” after dinner. Lately as soon as dinner is done, I’ve been craving chocolate. Idk what it is exactly, but I need it! But. Because I’ve been Dairy Free for the last 3 weeks, my choices for an after dinner snack are limited.

So tonight we made Dairy Free Chocolate Chip cookies with my favorite recipe. I just subbed out the dairy in it (butter and chocolate chips) with my favorite Dairy Free Options!

Dairy Free Chocolate Chip Cookies:

2 sticks plant butter

3/4 C Gradulated Sugar

3/4C Brown Sugar

2 eggs

1 Tbsp Vanilla

1 Tsp Baking Powder

3 C Flour

2 C Chocolate Chips (whatever your favorite are)

Bake on 375 for 8-10 minutes, depending on desired doneness (I prefer a little gooey).
