You may think that there’s not many ways to bond with your baby while you’re pregnant and while this may be true, there is one sure way to!

I loved bonding with my baby through music. I'd lay my phone on my belly and play my favorite songs. Truly I just wanted him to love the music I love so much so naturally I played a lot of Frank Ocean, Mac Miller and J Cole. Now, those same songs have become my baby's comfort songs, calming him instantly.

I’m not joking either! Whenever he's fussy, I start playing “Moon River” by Frank Ocean and the SECOND he hears the intro, he calms down. The biggest plus to this has been car rides – songs that I enjoy and can easily listen to on repeat will keep him so calm!

If you're expecting, I HIGHLY recommend creating your own prenatal playlist; it's a beautiful way to bond with your baby and culture them into liking your music. Win win. 😂💕
